A German luger, who won a silver medal at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, broke his tooth after reporters asked him to bite his medal, Moscow-based radio Business FM reported."The photographers wanted us to bite into our medals at the presentation ceremony. And a corner of my front tooth broke off," David Moeller, 28, told the German newspaper Bild.
Moeller said he did not feel any pain but went to see a dentist anyway as he wanted to look good in photographs.
The Vancouver Olympics end on February 28.
