He is suffering from the extremely rare Atypical Progeria Syndrome. In fact, he is the only person in the world known to have the condition.Doctors are unsure of how Harry's illness will develop because no one else in the world has it.
The ageing is caused by a genetic mutation and the longest someone with a similar condition has survived is 26.
Harry must take painkillers every day and finds lying in bed painful.
He also has to endure people staring at him in the street.
"I can do a lot of things other children can do, but sometimes it stops me doing what I like doing because I ache," said Harry, who lives with mum Sharon, dad John and sister Emma.
"It feels weird and hurts most when I'm in bed. I get upset when people who don't know me stare and it's annoying going to hospitals."
Harry's mum, Sharon, explained the torture that the family is going through.
She said: "It's just a sit and wait game. Because the change in Harry's gene is unique, they cannot say what's going to happen.
"We have had our tears and the 'why us' moments like every family would have. But we have to remember he is walking, talking and is in mainstream school."

Hey idiots! Maybe you should read the article more clearly. The article did not say he's the only one with Progeria, and in fact mentioned the oldest survivor of progeria was 26 years old at death.
This article is saying that this boy is the only boy in the world with ATYPICAL progeria. Look at his face; it definitely is not typical to others with progeria. His condition is also progressing differently.
