A giant 100ft tall replica of the doomed Titanic has been built in the US -- as a museum attraction.The 50 percent scale ship - which cost £16million to build - is the world's largest museum attraction and will teach visitors all about the ill-fated voyage.
Visitors enter the Tennessee attraction via a 30ft iceberg on the starboard bow and are presented with a 'boarding pass' bearing the name of a Titanic passenger.
Once inside the 30,000 square foot museum there are replica rooms and interactive exhibitions -- just try to ignore all he people singing like Celine Dion. A spokesperson for Titanic Branson said the expect over 1 million visitor this year, each paying £13.
"Guests will relive the last hours of that fateful voyage. Make haunting emotional connections to passengers and crew through their words and stories," they added.
